Apartment details

Apartment studio for up to 3 persons is located in on the ground floor on the sea-side of the house.

It is an apartment of studio type which means that entire apartment is one room (except for bathroom of course). Apartment consists of kitchen with dining area, sleeping area, a bathroom and a patio.

In the sleeping area there is a double bed sized 160 cm × 200 cm and a single bed sized 90 cm ×200 cm. On the side of every bed there is a night stand with a lamp, there is also a closed with shelves and bar with hangers, as well as a smaller closet with drawers. In the sleeping area there is also a sofa that can be extended to a smaller single bed (60 cm × 190 cm).

Kitchen is fully equipped for preparing food, there is a fridge with freezer, electric stove, microwave oven, toaster, coffee machine, kettle and of course there are glasses, cups, plates, dishes, eating utensils. In the dining area there is a table with chairs and a flat screen TV.

In the bathroom there is a toilet, washing stand, a shower and a washing machine.

Apartment is air-conditioned.

In front of the apartment there is a patio with a large parasol (3 m × 3 m) and table with chairs. There is also a barbecue in front of the apartment.
