Apartment details

Large apartment for up to 12 persons is located in the main house on two floors. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Our house is located only 40 meters from the beach, directly in front of the house there is a small beach.

On the ground floor there is one bedroom with a double bed (room 1), a living room with two couches (one extensible to a full-sized double bed and one sized as a regular single bed), bathroom and kitchen with dining room. Bedroom on the ground floor and living room have access to terrace.

On the first floor there are three bedrooms (2, 3 and 4) and a bathroom. In room 2 there is one double bed and a single bed, it has access to the balcony. Room 3 is equipped with a double bed and has access to the balcony. Room 4, equipped with a double bed, is on the back side of the house.

Total area of the apartment is 140 m², terrace has area of 37 m² and balcony has area of 10 m².

All beds in the apartment have length of 200 cm, double beds have dimension of 160 cm × 200 cm and single beds are 90 cm × 200 cm. Beds will be prepared for every group with bed linen and hypoallergenic pillows. For every bed an extra blanket is provided. In every room there is a closet with both shelves and a bar for hangers, by every bed there is a night stand with a lamp, there is also a chair in every room.

In Room 1 on the ground floor there is one double bed. Room is on the sea side of the house, it has air-conditioning and is connected to the terrace. Area of the room is 13 m².

Room 2 on the first floor is equipped with one double bed and a single bed. Room is on the sea side of the house, it has air-conditioning and is connected to the balcony. Area of the room is 16 m².

Room 3 on the first floor has one double bed. Room is on the sea side of the house, it has air-conditioning and is connected to the balcony. Area of the room is 13 m²

Room 4 on the back side of the house has one double bed. It has a window with a view on the backyard. Room is equipped with a fan. Area of the room is 12 m².

There are two bathrooms, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. In every bathroom there is a toilet and a washing stand with a shelf and mirror. Bathroom towels are provided for every guest.

Bathroom on the ground floor is equipped with a shower, there is also a washing machine. Area of the bathroom is 5 m².

Bathroom on the first floor is equipped with a bathtub. Area of the bathroom is 4 m².

Kitchen and dining room are connected and are situated on the ground floor, on the back side of the house. Combined area of kitchen and dining room is 12 m².

Kitchen is fully equipped. There is a fridge with freezer, electric stove, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, coffee machine and of course there are glasses, cups, plates, dishes, eating utensils. Between kitchen and dining area there is a kitchen counter. In dining room there is a table for for 12 people. There is also a flat screen TV.

Living room is on the ground floor of the apartment. It has area of 16 m². In the living room there are two couches, flat screen TV, a coffee table and a small closet. Living room is on the sea-side of the house and is connected to the terrace. It is air-conditioned.

Large couch can be extended to a full-sized double bed (160 cm × 200 cm) and smaller couch has size of a single bed (90 cm × 200 cm) so it can be used for sleeping for up to 3 persons.

Terrace, as the most interesting part of the apartment, is situated on the sea side of the house. It has area of 37 m². It is equipped with a large parasol (3 m×3 m) and table and chairs for all guests. There are also two armchairs.

Balcony on the first floor has area of 10 m², it is on the sea side of the house. There is a small table and a few chairs.

Grill is available for usage, it is located behind the house. By the grill there is an outside table and chairs.

Apartment includes free parking in the front yard. If necessary, usage of berth for a small boat can be arranged upon request with no additional charge. Free wireless internet is available for our guests.
